Nestled in a quiet Oak Bluffs neighborhood, this charming four bedroom cottage is thoughtfully decorated and lovingly maintained, and is only a short bike ride (1/2 mile) to the town, beach and ferry.  Bright and airy first floor includes kitchen/living/dining area, plus a full bath, with hardwood floors and French doors to a large deck and grill.  Three bedrooms + full bath are on the second floor.  A spacious master suite, with ceiling fans + TV, is located on the third floor -- perfect for teens or visiting grandparents who appreciate added privacy.  Enjoy the deck, outside shower and ample parking.

Basic beach gear -- chairs, blankets, umbrella, cooler -- provided.  

Absolutely no pets.  No smoking.

This is a Sunday to Sunday rental.  Weekly rates vary:  $2100 (6/3, 6/10, 9/16, 9/23); $2400 (6/17, 6/24, 9/9); $2700 (July/August, 9/2); please check calendar for availability.  10% discount for multiple week rentals.  Security deposit is $500.
