This home is fully furnished and includes: King bed in the master with
TV. Guest room has a queen size bed and 24 inch TV.
Living area has a sofa, love seat, coffee table and a separate
recliner, 36inch Sony TV, DVD player, VCR and Comcast cable. Enjoy the quaint galley kitchen. The kitchen is fully loaded, just bring your food. The garage is converted to a game room with a pool table, ping pong table and TV.  The washer and dryer are in the garage too.  There is dock space available to dock your boat, up to 25ft.

Enjoy Boating, Biking, Kayaking, and Fishing on Lake June. Some of
the best fishing in the U.S. is found right here in Lake Placid on
Lake June and its surrounding lakes. For the voracious fisherman,
it would not be uncommon to catch several large mouth bass over 6 lbs
in an outing. The house is also about 1hr and 20 minutes from Disney
World and other Orlando attractions. There are also several golf
courses near by in Lake Placid and in Sebring. You can find many
restaurants and a Mall in Sebring. Lake June is the center of many
activities and is the most prestigious lake in the area. Lake June is
a 3,504 acre fresh water lake with a State Park located on its shores.
This lake is known for its bass fishing and water sports. Lake June in
Winter Scrub State Park offers nearly 3 miles of shoreline along the
western side of Lake June. The site protects 845 acres of rare scrub
habitat and is home to 19 rare plant and animal species. The park
offers nature trails and a place for picnicking, nature study, and
bird watching. Southern Bald Eagles and Osprey nests are on the
property. There is parking for 10 vehicles, a picnic shelter, and a
composting toilet. The property is comprised of 845 acres of pristine
scrub, a desert-like community of rare plants, white sands, and
abundant wildlife in an area frequented by songbirds.  If you enjoy golfing, Placid Lake Golf and Country Club is walking distance from the house.
