Our Sea Colony home includes three bedrooms, two baths, and a two
car garage (approximately 1600 SF). There is a lovely lake view
from the home. Our home is fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and
comfortable. Our home includes all of the comforts of home: all new
furniture, including leather couches for reading; 1 king, 1 queen
and 2 twin beds; a 36" TV with cable and a DVD player, washer and
dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge with
breakfast table, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, crock pot, dishes,
utensils, cooking ware, iron/iron board, etc.
All linens are provided, but we suggest you bring your own pillows
and beach towels if you are driving.

Sea Colony amenities include a pool and jacuzzi alongside the ocean,
a clubhouse, basketball, biking paths, fishing ponds, shuffleboard,
horseshoes, walking paths, and lakes. Sea Colony�s beach is quiet
and natural, located near a bird sanctuary and nature preserve.
Publix Grocery just opened up right outside of Sea Colony - 2
minutes away.....
European Village is open with outdoor entertainment, shops and
restaurants, a European Tea Room and much more, all within 5 minutes
of Sea Colony.

Palm Coast is a golfers paradise, featuring five championship
courses�three designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Gary
Player. The World Golf Village and PGA Hall of Fame are about 45
minutes away.
Families can enjoy the dolphin shows, aquarium displays, and dolphin
encounter at Marineland, approximately 5 minutes from Sea Colony.
Boaters can easily access the Intracoastal at Bing�s Landing, which
is located on A1A, across the street and down a few blocks from Sea
Colony.
Biking trails are right outside your door, along A1A, either toward
Washington Oaks Park (.1 mile away, which includes shaded bike
trails) or bike North or South, along the ocean.
Visit Old St. Augustine, which is about twenty minutes to the north.
