And Experience A Lifetime Of Memories At The Rosewood Villa -- Your Home Away From Home!  This beautiful vacation home sits on 1/4 of an acre, nestled in front of a wooded conservation area in a quiet neighborhood 3.5 miles from Disney World.  The Lindfields Development is an established, well-maintained and safe area near all the major parks and entertainment sure to please any member of the family!  Private screened pool and deck area accessible from the rear sliding doors.  The pool is secluded with privacy fences on both sides and the gorgeous conservation view in the backyard as you relax in the pool.  This two-story home has 2,200 square feet of living space, cathedral ceilings, and a spacious, open floor plan.  The master bedroom with its own private bath and two closets is on the first floor, along with the living areas, kitchen, 1/2 bath and separate laundry room with new washer and dryer.  The second floor contains three beautifully furnished bedrooms and full bath, in addition to a large landing that can be used as a study area with table, lamp and chair.  FREE wireless internet throughout the home.  Surf the web as you relax near the pool, soaking up the sun.  There is also FREE unlimited long distance to anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico.  What a wonderful place to come home to after a long day at the parks, the beach, or golfing!

This Villa is fully furnished and fully equipped. All kitchen utensils and equipment are provided, including plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, bakeware, and plastic pool dishes; full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave oven. Everything you need to prepare a meal or enjoy a snack.  There are sufficient linens and towels for each bedroom. A new washer and dryer is provided for your use in the Villa's laundry room. FREE secure high-speed wireless internet service for your use. Cable television in every bedroom and a flat screen in the family room with built-in DVD player.  A baby high-chair and portable playpen is available for your use.
