The entire living area is air conditioned and the individual rooms have ceiling fans. You will enjoy watching the 52" big screen TV, you can watch it either from the kitchen, dining area or lounging on the comfortable reclining leather sectional couch. You can lay down and relax after a long day at the beach.

Relax outside or party at the spacious screen cage enclosed patio. You can get some sun at the pool eqipped with comfortable chairs. For your pleasure there is also a jacuzzi. The swimming pool is heated and has underwater lights.

3 bedroom/2 bathroom equipped with king, queen and 2 twin beds. Free Wi/Fi inernet and cable. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer/Dryer. Close to great restaurants, Publix supermarket, Walgreens pharmacy and many more small shops only minutes away. Linens provided.

This beautiful home is located in the Northwest part of Cape Coral. If you like boating, gulfing, beaches, shopping or restaurants?  Then Cape Coral is the place for you!  Cape Coral is a waterfront wonderland where you can take a day and relax at Fort Myers the home of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins.  Enjoy a day at Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers Biggest Flea Market (extreemly clean and friendly), visit The The Edison & Ford Winter Estate, Enjoy a day at Sanibel/Captiva Island beach which is known as one of the best shelling beaches in the world.  Take a day and go deep sea fishing, visit the Keys, or just enjoy a day at the Cape Coral Yatch Club beach. 

 High season - December 1st  through April 30th  $800.00 per week

Low season - May 1st through November 30th  $ 625.00 per week

Payment Methods: Credit Card, Cashier's Check, Money Order and Personal Check.

Payment and Reservation: An advanced payment equal to 30% of the rental rate is required to hold the reservation. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival.

Deposits: Full refundable damage deposit of $500.00 is due upon arrival.

Check-In: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Other Fees:
An extra charge of $100 for any national holidays including: 4th of July, Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Veterans Day.

A surcharge per extra adult will be assessed at $10/day.

Cleaning fee of $120.00 and mandatory 11% Tax will be added in addition to the weekly/monthly costs.

Tenant will be given a $20 electric allowance per week anything up and above will be billed at 0.12 per kwh at the end of the lease.
