beautifully decorated in a sunny tropical style guaranteed to lift
your spirits! Your own private, gorgeous beach house with panoramic
views, on a white sand (car free) beach. This 1999-built beach house
has an upper deck and lower covered patio area.
You will find your own dune crossover with seating to your private
beach. It has been professionally landscaped and is fully fenced for
small children or pets. Outside is a shower to rinse off after the
beach. This is a comfortable, family-friendly home.
Absolutely THE BEST BEACH in New Smyrna Beach.
LOTS OF GREAT SAND - CLEAN AND NATURAL.
NO CARS - JUST TURTLES AT NIGHT.
Inside there are three bedrooms upstairs (one king-size bed, one
queen, two sets of twin bunk beds), two baths, full kitchen, living room, eating
area, and large deck for entertaining. Large TV, Ipod Hook up, DVD and CD player.
Downstairs are two bedrooms (two queens), bathroom, living room, and
small kitchenette. Another large TV, and DVD. The
downstairs is separate and private from the upstairs.
