Welcome to our beautiful Emerald Island home situated approx 3 miles from Disney and ideally located to all of Orlando's top tourist attractions. We are only 2 mins from the 192 and its abundance of shops and great restaurants for you to try.
It is a 3 bedroom end property with the master bedroom having ensuite facilities, built in closet, hairdryer a tv and patio doors leading to the balcony, overlooking a spacious and quiet residential area.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a built in closet and cabinet with lots of storage space.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds with a built in closet and cabinet for storage space. It also shares a large bathroom/shower/toilet with bedroom 2.
Downstairs there is a light spacious living area with 2 sofa's, one being a double sofa bed and a TV with free cable. There is a large dining table and chairs and a breakfast bar to relax at.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all cutlery, utensils and cookware.
There is a utility room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for you to use. Linen and towels are supplied.
There is a downstairs toilet and vanity area.
We have a telephone with free local calls.
It is less than 1 minute walk to the nearby large heated outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, with plenty of sun beds and parasols for you to enjoy and have a relaxing time.

Emerald Island Resort is based on a conservation area and has beautiful surroundings. It is a gated community and has 24hr security and has lots of free amenities for its residents to enjoy. There are tennis courts, a volleyball court, internet café, a nature trail. There are 2 large heated outdoor pools with a Jacuzzi, one is less than one minute's walk from our house and the other is by the clubhouse and having its own Tikki bar, which serves drinks and snacks. There is a gym and for the children there is a games room and outside play area.
Polite notice:Emerald Island Resort does not allow RV’s, Campers, Buses, Boats or Trailers to be parked on the property. Guests may enter the Resort to unload but must leave within a one hour period. Any vehicle/trailer which exceeds the hour limit will have to be towed. There is a local company that can handle storage and the details are as follows - Handy Personal Mini Storage, Davenport - 100 Lake Davenport Blvd, Davenport. FL 33897 (1 mile south of 192)
