Located 10 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and less than an hour from the Universal, Sea World and the Disney Theme parks, this 2000 Sq Ft home will let you appreciate the more relaxed pace of nature.

This one acre lot is attached to wooded acerage so there are always visits from local wildlife in the back yard.The bird pictures were taken from the sunroom and the turtle picture from a stroll in the back yard.

Disney themed Third Bedroom (stocked with toys and books for the kids)

Pirate themed Living Room (The 6ft pirate statue can be removed if you would rather he not be keeping an eye on you, just let me know.)

Spaceous kitchen the whole family can cook together in without stepping on each other. It's fully stocked with all the tools you need to make a gourmet meal!

Sunroom with a seating area to watch the wildlife as you enjoy a morning cup of coffee as well as an office desk to work in an relaxing environment.

Chain link fence closes the property off from the road.

So you can enjoy the themes as much as I do, each room is stocked with books that relate to the themes.

The Master Bedroom has a television in the armoire.

The living room has a 47" HDTV with a DVD player. There is cable hooked to the home, but it has been turned off. It can be reactivated for an additional fee.

Additionally, there is a portable table you can set up and a shelf of games that you can play to enjoy some family time.

The permanant beds in the home will hold 6 people comfortably. There is a rolled up mattress in one closet that can be also put in the living room to sleep two more.

The sunroom is set up with a seating area to watch the birds and other wildlife that like to visit. It also comes with Florida birdwatching books so you can quickly identify the feathered friends you spot. The pantry is also stocked with birdseed so you can keep the bird feeders full and keep those birds coming back!

There is a large deck with a picnic table where you can sit outside and a small grill so you can enjoy outdoor dinners.

Or, you can stroll around the acre lot with your pet.

There is also an office desk if you need to get work done.

Yard games are available for your family from badminton to croquet and even bocce sets. Please let me know you are interested and I will make sure they are brought out for you.

Washer and dryer available for use.

Beaches- (10 minutes away) A quick drive over the causeway and you're there.

Wickham Park - (2 minutes away) This 391 acre park has jogging and cycling areas, nature trails, dog park, disc golf course, archery range, playground, exercise trail, 2 swimming lakes, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits and picnic and camping areas.

King Center for the Performing Arts - (2 minutes away) From Rent to BB King, there is quite the variety of shows on this stage.

Brevard Zoo - (10 minutes away) This is one of the best zoos I've been to. You can feed many of the animals and they just expanded to include a completely interactive kids area.

Kennedy Space Center - (30 minutes away) See a shuttle or rocket launch or visit the visitor's center to spend a fun space day with the family.

Theme Parks (Approx 1 hr away) Universal, Sea World and the Disney Theme Parks are all within an hour drive. It's also an easy highway drive to get there.

PGA golf courses throughout the area.

Melbourne Square Mall - (10-15 minutes away)

The Avenue Viera (10 minutes away) - A shopping, dining and entertainment district.

Space Coast Stadium (10 minutes away) Home of the Brevard County Manatees, farm team for the Florida Marlins.

Price does not include Tax or cleaning fee of $100.

This is a non smoking property. $500 fine levied for smoking.

$350 security deposit required for 1 week or less rentals, $500 for rentals of more than one week. It will be refunded within 7 days of checkout if no damage is found on the property.

Well behaved pets are welcome with an additional $250 security deposit (refundable if there is no damage) for the pet and an additional $50 cleaning fee. Pets must be licensed and vaccinated. Additionally, they must be on flea and tick medication.

While we welcome small family gatherings, there are no wild parties allowed.

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before reserved rental time for full refund. 

Credit Cards accepted. Checks must clear before reservation will be confirmed.
