Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to the Regatta -- a tropically landscaped and gated 
community across the street from the 5-star Ritz-Carlton.  This 
secluded enclave is a few steps from the soft white sand and 
turquoise waters of world renowned Vanderbilt Beach.  Relax and 
enjoy!

This luxurious three bedroom condo, located one mile west of U.S. 
41, is a remarkable vacation opportunity.  It offers pools, beaches, 
great views, a workout facility, nearby shopping and restaurants, 
and plenty of space to relax.

The condo itself is plush, spacious, clean, and most importantly, 
user friendly. It offers all of the comforts of home and more.  The 
three bedroom and two bath layout includes a large master bedroom 
with access to the lanai, a walk-in closet and oversized shower.  
Each bedroom has a television, clock radio, ceiling fan and plenty 
of closet and drawer space. 

The fully equipped living room, dining room and kitchen areas are at 
the center of this bright, open and airy floor plan with views of 
the lanai and beyond.  The lanai, which looks out to the Gulf of 
Mexico and overlooks a lagoon shaped pool, is a wonderful place for 
any meal.  It is equally enjoyable for coffee and the morning paper 
or afternoon/anytime refreshments!

The Naples area restaurants are awesome, but you can enjoy 
breakfast, lunch and dinner at the condo whenever you choose.  The 
white cabinet kitchen offers all that you require -- breakfast bar 
with captains chairs, refrigerator with icemaker, range, microwave, 
dishwasher, cookware and utensils, serving pieces and dinnerware.   
You also have a full size washer and dryer in the condo in case you 
want to wear your favorite t-shirt or shorts more than once...

No refunds within 60 days of arrival date.
