This one story 2800 square foot under air villa, built in 2006, is truly a tropical haven.
Upon stepping into the villa, you are transported into paradise.
There are two dining areas. One is a formal dining room. The other is off the kitchen.
Passing through the butler’s pantry, you enter the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, state of the art appliances, and a breakfast bar.
The kitchen nook is convenient for more informal meals.
The home has 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen and one double.
The kitchen and family room both open up to the lanai/pool area.
The comfortable family room furniture, 42" LCD HDTV, DVD player make for cozy evenings with family and friends.
The large lanai has plenty of room for relaxing in the sun or shade. Enjoy the outdoors barbecuing, lounging, and swimming in complete privacy. The southeast facing pool and spa are heated upon request for your comfort and enjoyment at an extra charge of 75.00 USD per week.
We have golf clubs at the home for you to use.
Your vacation becomes a perfect blend of an exotic paradise with all the comforts of home.
