Your two bedroom, two bath townhouse has a beautiful lake view and view of tennis court and green 
area from your patio.From the balcony you can watch nightly Sea World fireworks. If you walk over to 
the lake you'll see Disney's Fireworks (they reflect in the lake too!) and on your patio Universal's 
fireworks are right in front of you.  

The townhouse feels like a home, not some huge codo project. You'll really like the look and feel.
It is completely remodeled and and updated.
 *The one bedroom is lake view, sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds upstairs - has sofa bed downstairs. It's 
economy - has average clean furnishings. Good colors but not updated.*

at 4pm. That same day is available as your check out date. Check out by 11am. 

Rates for 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse:
1 week = 7 nights
US $550 per week Sept, Oct, 1st 2 weeks in Nov & Dec $110 nightly 3 night minimum
US $750 per week May, June, July, August  $115 nightly  3 night minimum
US $750-850 per week during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New 
Years, Spring Break, Easter) $125 nightly 3 night minimum

SNOWBIRDS - monthly rate specials

Deposit $100 per week will hold your reservation
Your deposit is refunded within 10 days of checkout (reservation 
deposit becomes a security deposit once you arrive).
