Beautiful Down East Home Steps from the Ocean. Great home for family reunions & gatherings. The home is located in South Addison, a quaint & quiet fishing village on a peninsula. It is directly on the ocean in one of the most scenic locations in Down East Maine.
The home faces west overlooking Eastern Harbor which provides beautiful evening sunsets. The home sits on two acres and has water views from 3 sides. The well manicured fenced yard is a great place for children to play or for the family to enjoy outdoor games. This charming location is very private and quiet. If you are a nature lover you will enjoy the beaver pond across the road or relaxing on the back deck and watching the bald eagles and many other types of birds.
Just a short walk down the road will take you to the local lobster wharf where you can watch the fishing boats and buy lobsters caught that day.
