Take in the ocean views available from ALL rooms in your 1,880 square foot Villa, the largest 
floorplan of it's kind at the Beach Villas. Enjoy the outdoor living on the larger than standard 
lanai that is spacious enough for the whole family with seating for eight and perfect for that first 
cup of morning coffee or for watching the sunset at the end of the day.

Views abound and both the Master Bedroom and Center Bedroom have expansive floor to ceiling sliding 
glass doors that lead onto the balcony. The Villa is also on the top floor of the stack and unlike 
other Villas has no neighbors on either side allowing for additional windows in each Master Bedroom.

directly in front.
