Our villa has a luxurious Island interior like a high end Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. This is our own personal home and we have finished it out with high end features such as $10,000.00 mattresses, authentic Koa Wood furniture, etc.

Taxes of 12.962% and cleaning of either $350.00 (departure) or $100.00 (per day for daily) are in addition to the nightly rate. Mid stay cleaning is also available for $200.00 which includes linen replacement, (towels and sheets) plus cleaning. Promotional rate is not available during peak holiday periods which are Easter, Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years.

Parking, high speed internet, WiFi, local calls, resort fees and use of in-villa safe are included in rate.

Additional Information:

Located at the front of the Ocean Tower building with sweeping panorama ocean views to the left and beach and ocean views to the right. Beach Tower blocks view directly in front. The Villa runs parallel to the shoreline, providing views of Lagoon's One, Two & Three.

$1,000 non refundable deposit plus tax with signed rental agreement.

The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.
Parking, Cable TV, Telephone, Wireless Internet and use of the in-villa safe are included in the rate. No pets and no smoking.
