Waterfront Home! Walk across the front lawn, down the steps and onto a Private, Sandy Beach. Sebago Lake is one of the cleanest Lakes in N.E. - you'll get spoiled by it. The house sleeps 10. The main house has 3 BR's (king; full; 2 twins) and a full bath. A separate studio apartment is included (full; twin; rollaway) with a full bath (shower - no tub). There is also a 1/2 bath, washer, dryer and 2nd refrigerator in the room below the apartment. The house and location have everything you need for a relaxing, wonderful vacation, and is also close to stores, restaraunts, golf courses and within an easy drive to Storyland and other major attractions.

Outside: Deck overlooking the lake, private yard, plenty of parking, gas grill and beach chairs. Inside: dishwasher, microwave, 2 TV's, DVD & VCR, washer, dryer, fireplace & wood, all kitchen utensils, including lobster pot, coffee maker, toaster oven, books, kids toys and games.
