We are offering our Two Bedroom Two Bath Vacation Retreat, fully furnished and stocked with towels and linens, utensils, flatware, cookware and appliances - microwave, electric coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator w/ in-freezer ice-maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer etc.
Our unit is also very close (steps) to the Beach, Oceanfront Pool, Clubhouse, Workout Facility/Gym and Tennis Courts.
It is very clean, smoke-free (no smoking is permitted) and well-maintained. It has a pull out sofa-bed, love-seat, kitchen table seating for four, breakfast bar stool/counter area seating for two, a queen bed in the master, and two twin beds in the second bedroom, two full bathrooms and two screened patios.
It is a first-floor unit with two assigned parking spaces directly in front of it.
We keep two bikes and an electric grill on one of the patios, and have two beach chairs, and umbrella and beach cart on the other for your use. There are also a couple of resin chairs on the patios for sitting outside the unit.
