Regency Towers is a family oriented property with a quiet, relaxing atmosphere located on Santa Rosa Island.  The beach is right out the back door, with biking trails that lead to the national seashore right out the front door.  The city of Pensacola offers a historic downtown area with many museums and waterfront attractions.  Pensacola is home to the Navy Blue Angels, which hold many events in Pensacola and around the beach area throughout the year.

2013 Season Rates

***3 night minimums required.  Weekly stays only during peak season holidays/events (July 4th, Blue Angels).

$875 weekly Dec. 31, 2012 - May 18 & Sept. 7 - Dec. 31, 2013 - total with cleaning, taxes and reservation fees = $1109.43

$1175 weekly May 18th - Sept. 7th, 2013** - total with cleaning, taxes and reservation fees = $1443.93.

**$1275 weekly June 29 - July 6th, July 6 - 13 and July 13 - 20st   Blue Angels week is July 13th - July 20, 2013.  Total with cleaning. taxes and reservation fees = $1555.43

$1175 monthly - Jan. and Feb., 2012; total with cleaning, taxes and reservation fees = $1443.93

Payment/Rental Deposit Policy:  All guests are required to sign a guest rental agreement.  A mastercard or visa is required to be placed on file within 10 days of booking your reservation to hold the condo.  No charges are applied to the card unless cancellation occur within 30 days of arrival or damages occur while occupying the condo.  Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations occuring prior to 30 days of arrival require a $150 processing fee.  Cancellations within 30 days of arrival result in the loss of the $150 processing fee along with the full rental amount if the condo cannot be rented for the booked dates.  MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT.
