Vacation Rental Description

Awesome views across the Dunes Golf Course await you from this 
wonderful new Spanish ranch style home in the "Haciendas at La 
Quinta." See all the way to the Santa Rosa Mountains from the great 
room, which includes LR with sunken wet-bar, and kitchen with island 
bar and breakfast nook.  There's an adjoining dinning room for those 
formal occasions.  With almost 2,700 sq ft, 3BR+Den with Trundle bed 
and 3.5 Baths, there's plenty of space for everyone.  The master
suite features a sitting room/desk work area with DSL internet 
access.  The 2nd BR includes its own private bath and the 3rd BR 
with fireplace and 4th BR/Den are divided by a shared bath.  The 
short pass through hall between the BR and Den features a mini 
refrigerator/wine cooler and microwave for your snacking 
convenience.  The warm wood furnishings, with neutral and bright 
colored accents, are both tasteful and comfortable.  Did we mention 
the Infinity Pool and Spa and extensive patio lounging area with 
built-in BBQ?  All in all, this is a great home for relaxing with 
the family or for active entertaining with friends.  Meal/snack 
delivery is available from over 2 dozen local restaurants.  
Restaurants and shopping (including grocery delivery service) are 
available in the village of La Quinta, the new "Old Town La Quinta", 
with its quaint boutiques and eateries, and beyond.  Also available 
are the sports and spa facilities and restaurants of the nearby La 
Quinta Resort Hotel and Spa.  We have several other models to choose 
from and other locations with rates from $2,100 to $5,300 weekly and 
$5,600 to $14,900 monthly.  Beds:  K,Q,Q, Trundle (Twins/King).
