Oceanfront Condo on Beautiful Condado Beach in Puerto Rico

One bedroom oceanfront apartment located on the beach in "El
Condado" tourist district, near casinos, fine restaurants and
specialty shops. Tastefully decorated and fully furnished with all
amenities provided. The ocean facing balcony offers spectacular
views of one of Puerto Rico's most beautiful beaches.
The Condo is in Condado, on the beach, next to the Marriot. If you
are not familiar with Condado Beach area, it is perhaps the most
popular, and well maintained, beach in Puerto Rico.

The condo " Stella Maris" is on the beach, facing the ocean, and 4
floors up (the building has an elevator). The Living room has very
large sliding doors that open onto the balcony, which overlooks the
beach. The bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The living room sofa opens
to a Queen sized bed as well, so the condo can accommodate 4 adults.
The condo comes furnished with all linens, towels, kitchen
equipment, stereo, CD player, tape deck, cable TV, VCR/DVD, Wireless
Cable, air conditioner, and many other amenities. All you need to bring
are your clothing and music.
The building is very secure. The property is fully enclosed and
gated. There is a designated Parking spot for 1 car within the
compound.
A key is required to enter the compound as well as the lobby. There
is a Laundry room on the ground floor of the building with coin
operated washers and dryers (cost is $1.25 per load). Your lobby key
opens the Laundry room. Although being so close to such a busy area,
the condo is very quiet, except of course for the constant sound of
the waves crashing on the beach below..

The Condado area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to
many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all
within walking distance, and a 10 minute drive to Old San Juan and
close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico.
San Juan Airport is a 10 minute drive/Taxi ride away.
Condado Beach is a very beautiful, clean (beach sand is screened
nightly), and well-maintained beach. Excellent for body surfing,
swimming, parasailing, or just relaxing on the balcony and admiring.
Nearby: Old San Juan is a 5 minute taxi ride away. Explore the
entire 16th Century Walled City in an afternoon. "El Yunque"
Rainforest is within a 30 minute picturesque drive away. Explore the
underground Caves at Cumuy, or the Stellar Observatory at Areciebo.
Ponce, Puerto Rico's second largest city is within 2 hours. The trip
over the mountains is worth the drive.
There is a fitness center, and a Cyber Cafe, about a block away.
Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag " is a half
block away. The Marriot Hotel is right next door and has a great
Casino, several excellent restaurants, with dining on the beach, and
live music every night. Most of the island excursions ( Parasailing,
snorkeling, Horseback riding etc.)
can be arranged through them with the operators picking you up from
the Hotel lobby.
