This 2/2 home on the water is perfect for a couple or small family desiring a sub-tropical get-away.  Soft island colors and comfortable décor will welcome you as you enter the cottage. A wall of windows in the great room and kitchen provides a serene view of the water. It is not uncommon to see dolphins in the morning, many varieties of birds, fish jumping out of the water and occasionally a manatee. You won't want to leave the patio and fishing dock area.
The larger bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, a bathroom with a nice shower, and a 19” flat screen TV. The second bedroom also has a Bright island colors and comfortable full size Murphy bed. Living room sectional has a queen/full sleeper.

The kitchen is fully stocked (including micro and dishwasher) and the adjoining great  room has a larger flat screen TV.

Venture Out is a 24-hour security gated neighborhood development in the saltwater Indian River Lagoon between the Ft. Pierce inlet to the north and the St. Lucie inlet to the south. The private and unspoiled beach is 3 blocks away. You can walk or jog for miles and miles along the gently sloping wide beach seeing very few people or bring a flashlight to the beach at night in the summer months and often observe the giant sea turtles come ashore to dig a nest in the sand and lay their eggs.

You are close enough to walk to groceries, resturants, baked goods, sandwiches, bait, buy souvenirs.
