Vacation Rental Description

Very clean, newly renovated, freshly painted, and professionally 
decorated. This oceanside (same side of the street as the ocean with 
no road to cross), ground floor unit has all new furnishings and 
electronics. Located next to Eastern Lake in a quiet residential 
area of Seagrove Beach. In this community you will not find busy 
souvenir shops, high-rise condos or large crowds. You'll discover 
the tranquility of state parks, bike paths, world class golf 
courses, and a natural landscape of sand dunes, sea oats, fresh 
water lakes, and ocean water so clear you can see your toes wiggle 
while the dolphins swim by. This is a nonsmoking unit, Pets are not 
permitted.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit has a king size bed in the master, 2 double size beds 
in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. 
FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET
A full size kitchen includes: 
refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, 
toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric mixer, electric knife, 
cookware, utensils, dishes, barware, hot pads, BBQ utensils and of 
course, plastic storage containers. Washer/Dryer & linens provided. 
Air conditioned, ceiling fans in every room, phone, cable tv(3), 
VCR, DVD(3), Stereo & CD player. 
Books, Children's videos & DVD's, games & puzzels. This complex has 
2 pools (1 heated in winter), tennis courts, outdoor grills, outside 
showers, and ample parking right at your front door.

Activities and Attractions

Bike paths, thousands of acres of state parks w/ nature trails, 
outlet shopping a short 40 minute drive, fishing (from shore and 
charter), kayaking, golf, surfing, snorkeling, boating, hiking, 
camping. Nearby restaurants, boat cruises, Destin and Panama City 
Beach attractions.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer: (5/24-8/2) $1150/week...WEEKLY ONLY (Sat-Sat)
Late Summer & Fall: (8/2-11/1) $700/week...$115/day (3 day minimum)
Winter: (11/3-3/1/09)  $550/week...$100/day...$950 month (3 day minimun)

To all rate add 11% tax & $300 refundable damage deposit.
$75 cleaning fee for rentals that are less than 5 nights.
