Private teak deck for quiet seclusion overlooking giant bamboo and beautiful green gardens. Enjoy mango, avocado, banana, and coconut trees along with pineapples and fresh spices. You will be very comfortable is these extremely clean and well-appointed surroundings. Turkish bath/steam room with 9-shower heads, original wood floors, wireless internet, 65 inch 3-D flat screen TV, cable, blueray, phone, bikes and barbecue. Less than a 10-minute walk into historic Coconut Grove. Walk or bike everywhere: restaurants/shops, movies, live music, parks, grocery, and Metro rail. Walk through the seaside boardwalks along the parks and marina. Or take the scenic bike paths which leads to the beach.

Amenities include: wireless internet access, 2-bikes, state of the art washer/dryer, 2-flat screen TV's, cable, DVD, beach chairs, hammock, outdoor furniture, private out-door shower, barbecue gas grill, king bed in master, double bed in 2nd bedroom, ceiling fans in every room, refrigerator with filtered water/ice, original 1945 Magic Chef stove, microwave, tea pot, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hair dryer, iron, dish/ware and cooking utensils, lobster pot, species, coffee, cream and sugar, all paper products, linens and towels.

Activities include: fun and sun, wild life watching, reading and relaxing, nature photography, beach combing, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, sailing, tennis, golf, canoe & kayaking, hiking and exploring nature. Walk to the Barnacle Historic Home, United States Olympic Sailing Center, tennis courts, Biscayne Bay & Dinner Key Marina, City Hall, waterfront restaurants, live music, parks and Fresh Market. You can bike to beach, Kampong Botanical Gardens, Villa Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Museum & Gardens. Visit downtown Miami Adrienne Arsht Center or stroll down Ocean Drive in Miami Beach.   * Cancellation policy: deposit is fully refunded with a 60 day notice.
  * Certain holidays are subject to rate increase.
  * Your $1000 security deposit will be returned when you leave after satisfactory inspections. Except for the laundry, the property and its contents should be returned to its original condition.
