This home is situated on MOUNTAIN ISLAND LAKE in Charlotte.
Enjoy the beauty of Mountain Island Lake in this beautifully furnished waterfront home.
This house has 3 bedrooms and 2
full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and a crib. The
second bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen, a twin loft and a sleeper sofa - It's a great room for all of the kids.
The open, well-lit, eat-in kitchen with center island is well equipped.
The sunroom has additional table and chairs, a playroom for the children and amazing views of the lake.
This house is strictly NON SMOKING. Please smoke outside only and dispose of your cigarette garbage in appropriate containers.
Outside we offer a treehouse, a dock with table, chairs and benches, 2 swings over the water, children's play areas, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a fire pit, etc.

situated in the southern foothills of NC's Piedmont region. The lake has boating, fishing,
swimming, waterskiing - it has it all! And it is just 12 miles to Charlotte airport and downtown!

Monthly rates vary by season. High season rates are based on 4 Sat-Sat rentals less 25%.
Weekly $1200-$1950

Cleaning $95-$110
Off Season (November, December, January, February) call for rates
Reserve with 50% deposit. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
date. Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival date for full
refund minus $150 processing fee. Checks or money orders prefered but credit cards are accepted.
