Beachfront condo in exclusive Dolphin Way in Bonita Beach

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex only allows rentals of 2 weeks or longer!

Directly on the beach. This a well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo. The first bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has two pillow top single beds.

All amenities in the condo are top notch.

The condo is located on Hickory point, a tiny island jutting out into the gulf. The views from the condo on both sides are stunning, because you have the beach in front and the inlet on the other side.

Swim in front of the condo with the dolphins or manatees-literally!

Dolphin Way is a very exclusive condo complex of only 75 owners. It has a beautiful pool, AMAZING beach, and tennis.

The condo is only 18 minutes from Fort Myers airport.

Relax in the white sands.  Bonita Beach is one of the premier turtle hatching beaches in the United States and also named as one of the top 10 healthiest beaches in the United States by Health Magazine.

Calling all beachcombers! Our judges rated this town, which is midway between Naples and Fort Myers, as having the best sand anywhere. “It’s like talcum powder,” Howes says. “Your feet feel like they’re getting a spa treatment when you walk on it. I could go for miles and miles.”

If you have kids with you, stick around for high tide in the afternoon, when seashells—a foot thick in some places—wash ashore. Our judges also loved that families could take a guided canoe excursion, swim in the calm, warm Gulf waters, or explore the area’s parks (1,500 acres of them). You have to look a little harder for healthy-food options here, though, because fast and fried are readily available. One spot our judges liked: Crispers, which offers healthy salads, even for kids.

1 King sized bed. 2 twin beds with new pillow top mattresses bought in 2008. 1 pull out couch with upgraded mattress bought in 2008. All linens are included. Sheets for all beds are high quality Egyptian cotton, or Eco-friendly creamy bamboo, making your sleeping experience at our condo divine. All towels, both bath, and beach, are included.

We've also included fishing poles, bait boxes, inflatable kayaks, beach chairs, and a full stock of beach inflatables and toys to save you you time and money during your stay! There are also golf clubs to enjoy the many area golf courses. Tennis racquet's purchased in 2010 are also included, and the tennis courts are free!

Additionally, the condo has phone service, full cable, and Internet access. Bring your Ipod, or use our condo laptop, and full fax, scanner, printer to stay caught up on your e-mail or print your boarding passes.

We have plenty of good books to read on the beach, and shell, bird, and fish identifying books. It rarely rains, but if it does, your family can enjoy a game of Cranium.

All kitchen utensils, plates, wine glasses, a blender, beach cups and beach coolers are already there . The pots and pans are All Clad. The glasses and cutlery are top notch. You can easily accommodate a gourmet meal for 6!

There are washers and dryers on every floor, so feel free to travel carry on only. Everything you need is already here.

Come to Bonita for great shelling, stunning wildlife sightings, and incredible fishing. You can walk to the Big Hickory Grill and Marina behind us and buy bait, rent boats, or enjoy fantastic meals.

Because this is a very exlusive condo development, the minimum rental period is 2 weeks.

Jan, Feb, March, $4,800 a month. Monthly rentals only.

April -June $3,500 a month, or $1,900 for a two week rental.

July-August $2,500 a month, or $1,500 for a two week rental.

Sept-Dec $3,500 a month, or $1,900 for a two week rental.

Prorations for extra days will be made.

11%  Florida sales tax, $400 security deposit, $150 cleaning fee.

No bookings are held until contract and security deposit are remitted.

Balance of stay must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
