$25 electricity per week included in rent when weekly rent,  eventual additional electricity consumption charged at $0,15/kWh and deducted from deposit.

Cancellation policy:

- up to 60 days before arrival: 20% of lease is due

- up to 30 days before arrival: 60% of lease is due

- up to 15 days before arrival: 100% of lease is due
