Updated in 2006 with new doors and windows, new tile in Living Room,
Kitchen, Dining Room and Hall areas, New carpet in Bedroom, new
kitchen with granite counter tops and appliances. Crown molding,
knockdown walls and ceilings, paint and furnishings with new flat
screen 42 inch TV. Queen size air mattrass for additional sleeping. In 2010 added a half bath and updated master bath.

Fantastic Beach front Rental at New Smyrna Beach

Fantastic Beach front Rental. Great pool. Beautifully decorated throughtout. Large rooms, except dining room which is a tad small. The bedroom has a king size bed with excellent comfortable mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped and had everything we needed to cook our food. Nicely decorated throughout. Near elevator, which eliminates lots of walking to/from unit. Secured gated parking lot. Only negative? Lids for pots are missing.

We highly recommend this rental to others.

This was our second stay in this beautiful condo, and it was another great week. The remodel of the master bath and addition of a half bath makes this condo absolutely perfect for a couple or small family. There is nothing about this place that is disappointing. We so enjoyed the spacious balcony for morning coffee (which becomes shaded and oh so enjoyable in the afternoon to catch a break from the sun), the convenience of the beach at our doorstep, a short drive to grocery stores, shopping, dining, etc. We watched the space shuttle launch from our beach, enjoyed sunrises and morning walks, kicked back on the uncrowded non-drive beach in the afternoons, and relaxed in the evenings in the comfy living room with the best view in New Smyrna Beach. We absolutely love this place, and will be life-long return guests (until we can buy a place of our own in NSB)! Thank you Patty for offering such a lovely place for so many to enjoy. Can't wait till our next trip in October!

We really enjoyed our stay.
The condo was nicely decorated and furnished.
Comfortable bed. Nice having the half bath.
Everything was clean with updated bath and kitchen.
Nice with flat screen and DVD(Rented movies at Red Box for $1)
Great view. Enjoyed the beach. Not busy.
Would highly recommend.
