schedules for a bathing suit and relaxation! We welcome you to our
tropical climate! We refer to our place as the mental cleansing
getaway! You literally can absorb the beach atmosphere and have
some inner peace! Great location, Private, Pool, beach community.

If you’re searching for a beach condo at an affordable price look no
further! Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach this 2/2 Condo
is complete with all the amenities and a tropical feel. The condo
is located with convenience to airports, Tampa International Airport
is approx. a 30 minutes away, St.Pete/Clearwater airport is about 20
minutes away. Property is on 1005 Gulf Blvd., Indian Rocks beach, FL
33785. Venture up the road to Clearwater Beach which is 6 miles away.

Condo is roughly 1200 square feet, full kitchen, master bed with
king mattress and bath, 2nd bedroom with twin beds, Full size
comfortable futon in foyer area, and 2nd full bath as well. It has a
large balcony that affords a priceless view of the beach and an
intimate view of the sunsets! Beach access is directly across the
street, private covered parking, and pool. Please inquire beforehand
regarding pets. NO Cats!

Why get a hotel when you can save some money and cook in your own
kitchen. Hotel rates on the beach are very pricey and not private.
Chill and relax how you want to. The condo is decorated with a
contemporary decor and furnished with the utmost in detail. Very,
very clean, just renovated, new tile floors, completely furnished,
nicely decorated condo! This unit features a master with king bed,
private bath, and large walk in closet. Laundry washer and dryer are
in the condo so you have all the amenities of being at home!

Color TV, stereo with DVD/CD-player, various board games, towels and
linens, central air conditioning and heat if you need it. The fully
equipped kitchen has gourmet amenities and microwave, stove/oven,
and dishwasher. Outside features a POOL, covered parking,
restaurants, bars/nigh spots, grocery, shops, close to everything!

Swimming, Snorkeling, Water Skiing, Jet-Ski, Para-Sailing, Great
Shopping! Deep Sea Fishing, Sightseeing, Dining, etc. There is so
much to do and see! Indian Rocks Beach is famous for the pristine
beauty of its beaches and waters yet keeps it's cozy small beach
culture unlike some of the larger beach coast areas. Clearwater
Beach is nearby as well as local area hot spots in Tampa and St.
Petersburg.

Shopping malls and boutiques and great attractions are all close by.
Orlando with its many famous sights: Disney World, Epcot Center, Sea
World, Universal Studios, etc. are approx. a 1.5 hours drive,
Tampa's Busch Gardens is only a 30 minutes drive, historical Ybor
City, Hyde Park Village, International Plaza Mall, Florida Aquarium
and water playground Adventure Island, etc. are also only a short
driving distance away. Professional sports teams are all in the
area as well from Football, Hockey, and baseball. These include the
Superbowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Stanley Cup Champion Tampa
Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, and loads of major league
baseball spring training camps.

We do not have any hidden charges. Most other rentals charge
cleaning fees, WE DO NOT. Our philosophy is that if someone pays a
cleaning fee they are more apt to leave the place a mess. We do
require $150 deposit/security to hold the reservation. The deposit
is nonrefundable if you cancel without 60 days notice. Holiday time
frames will reflect the higher rates.
