Minutes to voted #1 Beautiful Beaches ( honeymoon Island) and Ferry ride to Caladesi Island.  Golf also only minutes away. 12 minutes to Clearwater Beach. 8 minutes to Dunedin Beaches.

 May - Nov.  $1400 monthly $80 nightly $275 deposit holds your dates and is returnable minus $75 cleaning fee after your departure.  

  3nite min.      $50 weekly pet fee. $100 monthly pet fee

Warm & cozy, friendly & affordable

This was the perfect location for out-of-state family members who came home for an 85th birthday party. It was close to everyone, immaculate, totally furnished with new appliances and lovely accessories, roomy split floor plan for privacy, owners were very friendly and helpful, and it was so affordable! We were pleased with everything and will definitely return. The only downside was street parking for a handicapped family member, but we worked around it.

Lack of privacy; however great price

The best way I can explain it is that there are three living areas on this property. The main house is split in two. One part they rent out to people through vacationrentals.com and the other part may have a permanent tenant (not sure). The owners live in the converted garage. The place that we stayed in was not very private, but for the location and price we would stay here again. Another dislike was parking my car on the street. The owners park in the gated area. I would prefer to park my car in the driveway, but that is just me.

Recommended for: age 55+, pet-friendly

This was a great place to stay and it was very dog friendly, working our well for our pet. The location was wonderful! Everything within walking distance of 1-2 blocks, resturants, entertainment downtown, gulf shore, biking trail. We loved staying in Dunedin. The owners, Phil and Lynda, were very nice and friendly and attentive to anything we needed.

Recommended for: pet-friendly
