Jan, 1, to March 31, $100/day -  Minimum stay: 1 Week

April 1, to April 15,     $75/day -  Minimum stay: 1 Week

April 13, to April 31  $100/day -  Minimum stay: 2 Week

May 1, to June 30,     $75/day -  Minimum stay: 1 Week

July 1, to August 31  $100/day -  Minimum stay: 1 Week

Sep, 1, to Dec, 18,     $75/day -  Minimum stay: 1 Week

Nightly Rate: $75 to $125 (Price Varies By Season And/Or Holidays)

Please add $150 that include registration and departure cleaning fees to be paid at your check-in.

(application fee $100 + departure cleaning fee $50)

+13% taxes

To book the condo, you are required to put a $250/week deposit; which will then go towards your total balance (NB: this is Not a security deposit). 

All remaining balances must be cleared at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival at the apartment.  

Methods of payment include: Paypal, Money Order, Cashiers Check. 

Cancellation Policy:Strict: 50% refund up until 2 weeks prior to arrival, except fees.
