The 300-foot dock is equipped with a boat lift & a cleaning station for all your boating and fishing needs.

The second floor (main level) offers 20' cathedral ceilings and wide open great room - dining - gourmet kitchen, ALL with dazzling open-water views. On this main level are 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. The main level also has a quiet lounge (with a desk and a daybed), ½ bath, and a laundry room.

The third floor offers a large TV loft overlooking the endless ocean views, with additional sleeping.

The Florida Keys offers numerous water-related activities, from wind surfing and parasailing to scuba diving and everything in between.

If your quest for adventure brings you underwater, our area offers some of the best diving and snorkeling in the world. There are numerous shallow reefs for beginners and incredible underwater wrecks for the more advanced.

If you are a land lover, then you are minutes away from Founders Park, where you will find tennis, an olympic size pool with diving boards and toddler splash park, skate and bmx ramps, soccer fields, baseball fields, basketball courts, bayside beach and amphitheater. You can also visit some of the artist colonies in the area.

One of the most popular attractions where you can swim with the dolphins, sea lions and stingrays is the Theater of the Sea, located just a few miles away at (mm 84.5). Or, get close and personal with a tarpon at Robbie's Marina (mm 77) where you can watch or hand feed wild tarpon. Go bowling at the fishbowl (mm 83.5) or catch a movie at Tavernier Towne Cinemas (mm 91).
