The R Building is one of the last five buildings built in this 
complex (completed approximately 1999-2000); which also makes it one 
of the newer oceanfront buildings along this area of the beach.

Our ("R") building is one of only four oceanfront buildings within 
Ocean Village Club. 

The ocean is 400 feet away from your patio, as is the oceanside 
pool, 
spa/jacuzzi and gazebo. 

Just steps away in the other direction are the heated pool, tennis 
courts and clubhouse.

Unit completely redone, includes a recliner (and remotes!!) 
Everything is new, some things have been replaced twice. All rooms

Activities and Attractions

Ocean Vllage Club R17 is near:
*World class golf courses, the new World Golf Village, and the PGA 
 Player Tournament (held evey March). 
*Orlando/Disney attractions are 1.5 hours south, as is the Kennedy 
 Space Center. 
*Daytona Beach famous on its own, and the Daytona 500 race track is 
 just 45 minutes to the south.
*Jacksonville, with all of its cultural events is just 1 hour to the 
 north.
*The city of St. Augustine has enough offerings to intrigue anyone 
for a week, the famous Castillio De San Marcos Fort, St. George 
Street with all the shops and open air resturants, the Alligator 
Farm, The Fountain of Youth, Potters Wax Museum, Ghost Tours ( a 
must!!)
*Another must is a Horse Drawn Carriage Rides in the historic 
downtown, it just seems that what ever it is, you will find it in 
Old 
St. Augusine.
*To the west of St. Augustine you will find a 300 store outlet mall. 

*No matter what the season, every holiday, has many offerings within 
minutes from your door.

*Christmas at the beach is well know for the Nights of Lights, the 
downtown area and A1A is decorated with more then a million small
lights. This goes from Thanksgiving to the end of January, (and is 
one of lifetimes truely great events)

Winter Rates: Dec 15 2008 - February 29 2009       Weekly $775.00
                                    January by month is $2,200.00
                                            

Summer Rates: March 1 2008 - Sept 6 2008           Weekly $900.00


Spring Off Season Rates: 4/26/08 - 5/24/08         Weekly $750.00
Fall Off Season Rates: 8/26/08 - 12/13/08          Weekly $650.00
Does not include Labor Day Week


Holiday Premium ($100.00) Easter week,week before and after Easter 
week; July 4th week; Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.

Add $70.00 for cleaning for nightly/weekly rentals.
Add $120.00 for cleaning for 1 month rentals. 

Florida sales tax is 9% on the rental and cleaning rate.

Nightly rate is $165.00, not available during summer season.
