*Daytona Beach famous on its own, and the Daytona 500 race track is
just 35 minutes to the south.
*Jacksonville, with all of its cultural events is just 1 hour to the
north.
*The city of St. Augustine has enough offerings to intrigue everyone
for a week, actually almost a month, the famous Castillio De San Marcos Fort, St. George
Street with all the shops and open air resturants, the Alligator
Farm, The Fountain of Youth, Potters Wax Museum, Ghost Tours ( a
must!!)
*Another must is a Horse Drawn Carriage Rides in the historic
downtown, it just seems that what ever it is, you will find it in
Old
St. Augusine.
*To the west of St. Augustine you will find a 300 store outlet mall.

*No matter what the season, every holiday, has many offerings within
minutes from your door.

*Christmas at the beach is well know for the Nights of Lights, the
downtown area and A1A is decorated with more then a million small
lights. This goes from Thanksgiving to the end of January, (and is
one of lifetimes truely great events)
