In late 2008, the complete remodel of the entire unit was finished.
This included gutting the master-bath and replacing it with an
oversized walk-in marble tiled shower and new glass shower doors.
All flooring throughout the unit was replaced with new carpet in the
living room and guest bedroom; and tile in the entryway, kitchen and
bathrooms. A 42" HD TV was added in the living room. The guest
bedroom has new Sealy mattresses.

The 2008 projects complemented the prior upgrades. Some of the 2007
upgrades include new cabinetry in the bathrooms, new paint throughout
the unit, a new hot water heater, and the addition of a full size,
front loading, stackable washer and dryer set.

In the last five years, we have remodeled or replaced everything
within the condo. This is done as part of our quality improvement
program. We know that our close proximity to the ocean causes more
wear-n-tear on the condo - and we accommodate that in our QI plan.
Nothing is overlooked; even the bedding is replaced every six months. Before and after pictures available.
