In late 2011, the complete remodel of the entire unit was finished.
This included gutting the master-bath and replacing it with an
oversized walk-in marble tiled shower and new glass shower doors.
All flooring throughout the unit was replaced with new carpet in the
living room and both bedrooms; new tile in the entryway, kitchen and
bathrooms. A 42" HD TV was added in the living room. The guest
bedroom has new Sealy mattresses January 5 2011. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's connected to all the channels you could think of.

The 2010 projects complemented the prior upgrades. Some of the 2009
upgrades include new cabinetry in the bathrooms, new paint throughout
the unit (redone Nov 2011), a new hot water heater, and the addition of a full size,
front loading, stackable washer and dryer set.

In the last five years, we have remodeled or replaced everything
within the condo. This is done as part of our quality improvement
program. We know that our close proximity to the ocean causes more
wear-n-tear on the condo - and we accommodate that in our QI plan.
Nothing is overlooked; even the bedding is replaced every six months. Before and after pictures available.

**Groundfloor unit, with handicapped parking immediately (20 feet to kitchen door)
outside the door, this means you can park doorside if need be or

*Christmas at the beach is well know for the Nights of Lights, the
