Vacation Rental Description

This pleasant, comfortable end unit,located in a 55+ community,is on 
the top(5th)floor of the building. Enjoy the quiet of no footsteps 
above you and only one unit beside you. The assigned parking space is 
near the building, and the elevator is just a few steps from the 
front door. This bright, carpeted, newly painted condo contains one 
king-sized and one full-sized bed. 
There is ample closet and drawer space in the "guest" room and a walk-
in closet and two chests-of-drawers in the master bedroom. 
The "guest" bath has a tub with shower;there is a walk-in shower in 
the master bath. Two sets of bed and bath linens are provided for 
each room. The well-equipped kitchen includes service for eight, 
linens, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender and more. The 
dining table seats six, and the enclosed (jalousie windows) lanai has 
two more tables with chairs for pleasant "outside" dining with a 
lovely view of the lake. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
A coin-operated laundry room is just one floor down beside the 
elevator.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include a swimming pool and clubhouse nearby and small 
boats for use on the lake. The condo is equipped with central A/C, 
cable TV,CD & DVD players, and VCR. Groceries are within a few blocks of the condo.

Activities and Attractions

Activities available include lake fishing from the pier, row 
boats on the lake, swimming in the pool, horseshoes, shuffleboard, 
and activities (coffee hours, potlucks, cards, mah jongg, bingo, and 
exercise)in the clubhouse. Nearby are the beaches of Anna Maria 
Island, and Longboat and Siesta Keys.  Golf courses are plentiful.  
Great shopping is close in the posh, artsy St. Armands Circle in 
Sarsota and the Ellen Factory Outlet. Within a 2-hour drive are Busch 
Gardens, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Ringling 
Museum in Sarasota is a must. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly rental rates are as follows:  December -March--$1500; April--
$1450; May-September--$1200; October-November--$1450. Monthly rates 
include all utilities except telephone.  
10 1/2% city and state taxes are the tenant's responsibility, payable 
along with monthly rental fee. The Bayshore on the Lake Association 
requires $100 and a security check. $300 damage deposit required, 
returnable 
within two months if no damage. $100 cleaning fee, returnable if 
property left in great shape.  Three months minimum rental required.  
One occupant must be at least 55 years young.
