Look no further; you have reached your vacation destination! The Gargiulo/Sarno families would like to welcome
you to our Poseidon’s Retreat II condo web page. If you love views, this is the condo for you. The 20 ft balcony
corner unit offers two separate non obstruction views of the ocean and sits directly next to a beautiful pond
with fountains and has plenty of afternoon sun to enjoy and relax. This unit sits directly next to our Poseidon’s
Retreat unit. Relax and enjoy complimentary wireless Internet access in all of our units and throughout the
resort. Unlike big chain operators, we as private renters are very proud of our units. We give each unit the
personal touch to make your stay more enjoyable and relaxing. Our recently remodeled unit is centrally located
to all amenities the resort has to offer and is a short walk to the beach or the lazy river water park. We have 2
gorgeous bedrooms (MBR=Queen Bed, 2nd BR= 2 Twins) both are equipped with TV/VHS/Cable (There is a
TV/DVD/VHS/Cable in the living room including a pull out sleeper sofa), 2 full baths and is located at 336B on the
third floor in the Atrium building. This building boasts an indoor pool and Jacuzzi spa right in our lobby, a gym,
game room and sauna! The building also has an elevator and is handicapped accessible. Our families own and
operate 3 2BR units in the B building and 1 1BR in the Five season’s section and utilize an on site management
company to make the rental process a more enjoyable one. We would be happy to accommodate families and
friends traveling together
The rates are all inclusive, no hidden charges! All rates include
all applicable taxes, linens, towels, parking pass for the entire
stay and exit cleaning upon your departure for all Weekly and
Monthly rentals. A $300 deposit is required within one week of
reserving in order to confirm your reservation. All we need to start
the process is a name, address, telephone number, email address and
number of people in your party. We will then contact you with the
details surrounding your rental, deposit, etc. We have special rates
for multiple weeks or months rented and utilize an On-Site
management company to make the rental process an enjoyable one.
There are no additional fees for holiday weeks
Minimum Stay – 3 nights
One night deposit required on reservations for 3 nights
Rates are based on 4 adults. Unit sleeps 6
The resort requires an adult with a minimum age of 23 to be in the
party
A $300 deposit is required within one week of reserving the unit
Reservation will be cancelled if deposit not received within the
specified time frame
An additional $100 deposit may be required for parties greater than
4 people
Reservations must be paid in full at least 3 weeks prior to rental
All daily and monthly rentals will be at owners discretion
Sorry – No Pets Allowed At The Resort
Deposit refunded only if unit is re-rented
No refunds for early departure unless a mandatory evacuation has
been issued
This unit is a No Smoking unit
Vacation Rental Amenities
The Myrtle Beach Resort is private, gated, provides 24-hour
security, and is a beautifully landscaped 36-acre resort. The resort
has 700 feet of private beach to offer our guests. The complex also
boasts six swimming pools, both indoor and out, health spas, steam
rooms, saunas and right in our building. The resort also has lighted
tennis courts, playground, basketball court, and game rooms all
within walking distance of our unit. The resort also has a cabana
bar with live entertainment (in season), a poolside snack bar and a
deli on premise. As stated earlier, this unit is also handicap
accessible with an entrance ramp and elevator to the building.
To compliment the 6 pools and 2 Jacuzzis already here, the Myrtle
Beach Resort now offers its guests a brand new Lazy River, Jacuzzi,
and Plunge Pool and Wireless Internet Access throughout the resort
for its guests!

The resort features a Lazy River, 6 swimming pools, including 2
heated pools, 4 whirlpools, 2 steam rooms and 3 saunas.The resort

ocean front paradise is located in the heart of the Grand Strand
with 750 feet of sandy white beach. In addition to all of the other
fun things to do at the resort, there is a picnic area for the
family and a play area just for children.
