This is a super clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath 2nd floor Condo with a
beautful Direct Ocean view. It is exactly what you are looking for.
We have a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare cost
saving meals for your family.

The living room faces East with an Huge 8 x 26 foot balcony
overlooking the ocean. It is very Private balcony so you can fully
enjoy the fabulous weather in your own private space. If you like to
fall asleep with the beauty and soothing sounds of the ocean waves,
you can because they are right outside your living room and master
bedroom.

There is a King bed in the master bedroom with it's own private
bathroom with an oversized shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins beds.
(They can be easily converted to a king bed, just let us know and we
will have it ready for you when you arrive.) We also have 2 twin
rollaway beds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is room for 7. There is also a full 2nd bath with plenty of
storage for everyone else to use.

The resort is in excellent condition and the property is well
maintained. There is a pool, jaccuzi, sauna, and basektball and

features over the ocean restaurants and bars, shopping, live
entertainment, beach volleyball, fishing and more. It's a great
place to people watch. Famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop is also less than 5
minutes away.

Deep sea fishing, casino cruise ships, and major cruise lines are
less than 10 minutes away at nearby Port Canaveral. Kennedy Space
Center and space shuttle launches are less than 15 minutes North. The
beach in front of the condo is a great place to watch the launches.

Disney world and all of Orlandos major attractions are less than an
hour drive. We are ust 45 minutes east of the Orlando International
Airport. Surfing, wave runner rentals, parasailing, golfing and much
