         It’s time to relax in our comfortable, elegantly designed, South end condo!  You  are only a short walk away from the spacious, uncrowded south end beaches and just a couple of blocks to the 34th street playground.  Our home is on the easy-entering, first floor and is located on the ocean side of Asbury Avenue.  From the cozy, pillow-covered couch, to the exquisite, granite kitchen, to the beautifully decorated walls, you will feel at home the minute you step in our door.  Take some time in the morning or evening to sip coffee on the front porch.

             The front living area, with its open-style and bright living space, has many, beautifully trimmed windows and transoms to brighten your day.  It is a great place to watch a movie with your family on the large TV with Comcast cable service and a DVD player.  Feel free to surf the web from anywhere in the condo or on the front porch with the WI-FI service that is included.  The beautiful kitchen has many custom, fully equipped cabinets.  Large, spacious, granite counter tops line the sides of the kitchen space, and a large, deep-well sink in the center island faces the living area to always feel part of the group.  A stylish and classic table sits up to 8 people for meals or table games.  Spread out at dinner with the stools setting at the bar-style, raised-island granite countertop.

            All of the bedrooms in the home are separated from the living area to enjoy some peaceful tranquility from a busy day or set up your pack-and-play for your young child to get a much needed rest before your nighttime jaunt to “the boards”.  There are three bedrooms to spread out and have some privacy.  All three, tastefully decorated rooms have spacious dressers to empty your suitcases and feel at home during your week stay.  One queen, one double, and two twin beds are available in these bedrooms to get a restful night sleep.  There are TV’s with cable in each bedroom, and another DVD player in the master bedroom.  Each bedroom has a generous closet to hang your clothes, or store your suitcase for the week.  There are two, lovely decorated bathrooms with cabinet sinks and showers in each.

            Outside you'll find a spacious front deck on which to read the morning paper or enjoy evening conversation.  An enclosed, tile-finished outdoor shower awaits your return from the beach and provides a warm, soothing rinse before returning to the condo.

            Our home is located on the ocean side of Asbury Avenue in the South End of Ocean City.  We are only a short walk across one street to the generous beaches of the South End.  There you can enjoy relaxing on a chair, reading a good book, jumping in the waves with the kids, playing many beach games on the clean sand, or surfing and boarding in the Atlantic Ocean!  Our home is also close to the 34th Street playground with its extensive equipment for the kids to enjoy.  This playground also has tennis and basketball courts.

            Ocean City has many great restaurants located all over the town.   Many of these are only a short bike or car ride away.   Enjoy ice cream parlors, pizza shops, breakfast shops, or fine dining.

            The two mile boardwalk is always a needed activity for you and your kids.  Here you can eat great food, enjoy the amusement rides in the two parks available, shop the many varieties of stores, play your favorite video game or skee ball in the many arcades, or just “walk the boards” with your family and friends.  The Music Pier also has many fun activities and shows all throughout the year.

            Riding bike is also a special activity for all ages at the shore.  You can rent bikes and ride on the boardwalk beside the ocean.  Ride in town or to the beautiful bay to watch the sun set.

            Water activities are readily available to all.  Sea & Bay fishing, wave runners, boating, kayaking, surfing, skim boarding or swimming are some of the fun water sports to enjoy.

            Close to Ocean city, just a short drive south, is historic Cape May.  You will find a zoo, lighthouse, shopping district, and restaurants...all great things to experience.  Wildwood also has a boardwalk and amusement park to check out.  To the North, Atlantic City provides casinos, shopping, restaurants, and shows.

• A refundable Security Deposit of $300 is required with all rentals
• In "Off Season"(Dates not Listed)-- A weekly rate of $600 is still available or a minimum of a two night stay at $150.00 per night can be rented.  A security deposit is still required.
