Master Bedroom has private large bath. Third Bedroom has a deep pillow king, that converts to 2 twins  Bathrooms are large and 1/2 bath is very convenient to living areas, yet private!

 Fall / Spring : weekly $2000 / $325 nightly weekend $300 nightly midweek- 2 night min.

Winter:  weekly $1250/ $165 nightly

Summer: $3000 weekly only

Please add 10% tax and cleaning fee $135 (includes hot tub service)

Dog fee $85 -- $500 damage deposit-refunded if no damages
