This contemporary Cape is located on a quiet cul-de-sac a mile and a half from South Beach and downtown Edgartown, one mile from Edgartown Pond, and minutes from the bike path. Newly painted and decorated, it has a bright living room with cathedral ceiling, fan and skylights. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a lobster pot. You can relax and enjoy the sun at one end of the wrap-around deck, or have a peaceful breakfast or lunch at the other end. There is a nicely furnished screen porch off the kitchen. There are games and a well-stocked library of books for your enjoyment.

Enjoy the nearby beaches (we will have a listing of our favorite hide-away spots), take a 'Red Barron' plane ride or a glider plane ride at a nearby private airport, go to a strawberry farm and pick your own. Go canoeing or kayaking and explore the marshy fingers of Edgartown Pond or dozens of other beautiful places. (Boats can be rented or bring your own). Take a sunset sail cruise on the "Mad Max" around the island. Go to "Offshore Ale" for a fun dining experience in Oak Bluff. Find out about the "backdoor donuts" across from the restaurant.
