Beautiful 5 Bed villa with 2 Master Bedrooms and pool in Disney Area

The villa with private pool is furnished to a high standard, and includes flat screen TVs and free WI-FI.  It is located in the small Vista Park,  just off the US Highway 27, 1 mile south from the junction with the US Highway 192.  It is an easy 15 minute drive to the Disney attractions.  Nestled amongst orange groves of the central Florida highlands, it is the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of theme parks and shopping malls.

The villa has been beautifully furnished to a high standard with comfort in mind and is now also FULLY ALARMED for your security and peace of mind. Downstairs is a queen bedroom  and a separate bathroom with walk- in shower.  The remaining 4 bedrooms are situated upstairs.  There are 2 master queen bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower and 2 further twin bedrooms and another bathroom with bath/shower.  There are flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with corian counter tops and breakfast area.  There is also a formal dining nook overlooking the pool. 

The Living Room boasts a large flat screen TV and hi-fi with many CDs/DVDs.  A Playstation 3 console with games is available free of charge. 

A laundry area can be found in the garage with a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Relax on a sun lounger outside or swim in the fully screened pool.  With a large table and dining chairs you can enjoy outdoor entertaining with a meal cooked on the electric grill/BBQ.   All pool towels are provided.  Pool heat is available (at additional cost) should it be required.

Vista Park is the perfect location from which to visit all the major theme parks and tourist attractions. It is only a five minute drive to restaurants and supermarkets and approximately one hour's drive to the Atlantic ocean or the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Within an hour's drive of Orlando there are more than 150 superb golf courses. Ten minutes drive away is Champions Gate International and National 18 hole courses, both designed by Greg Norman.  It is half and hour's drive from Orlando International Airport  There is quite literally 'something for everyone'!!

Cleaning Fee - $95 on all stays of less than 7 nights

Pool Heat - $25 per night(minimum 4 nights) $150 per week incl. tax

Reservation Deposit $150 per week - Balance due 4 weeks prior

Refundable Security Deposit of $400 or non-refundable Property Damage Protection Fee of $49
