The house is actually the house I live in part time. I rent it out for a few weeks in the summer. Because I live there part time, I will have a few things in the fridge. There will be one entire cabinet empty for renters and more than half of the refrigerator. AND, any of my condiments or spices are available to use if you like.

Large bathroom complete with original claw foot tub (European style hand held shower update), large (original) walnut paneled dining room, cozy parlor and large old fashioned kitchen (brand new gas range) washer and dryer in basement.

We are just a few minutes from the entrance to Acadia National Park. There is a free island wide bus just 5 minutes walk from the house.
