vacation rental description
Come and relax in our new, modern, spacious, fully furnished, detached house, nestlling in it's own garden. The property is situated in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. It is approx. 10 minutes drive (2.5miles) to the popular west coast beach of Heywards, and about 12 Minutes (3 miles) to Speightstown. Both bedrooms and living room have large ceiling fans. The property benefits from a modern fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer/ice maker,water filter, gas stove, and all necessary pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is off street parking, a car is recommended. The island is only 21 x14 miles, so nothing is that far away!

Master bedroom has a queen size bed, and ensuit with bath/shower, with plenty of storage. Second bedroom has one double bed & one single bed with washroom next door which has a large shower. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage. Linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided. Guests also have use of hair dryer, CD/radio, books and games, beach umbrella, small charcoal BBQ, and a cool bag.
Accurate directions will be given on confirmation of booking, or alternatively for an extra cost you can be met and taken to the cottage. Also a welcome pack can be arranged again for a small charge. We also supply for your use whilst on the Island a cell phone which has important and useful numbers in, including Yasmin & Emeralds (our friends & managers who live close by) who would be happy to assist. with any quiries during your stay.
We would appreciate that if you wish to smoke please do so outside.

Barbados offers a large variety of water based activities including, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, jet skiing, water-skiing, horse riding, walking, duty free shopping. There are lots of excursions, from boat trips to swimming with turtles (this is a must!)
There are numerous restaurants ranging from the top class to Bajans answer to fast food or eat where the locals eat. The famous Fish Pot is just over 5 minutes drive. Merton's place is in Half Moon Fort is closer. Speightstown offers Mangoes, Wave Riders, Fishermans Pub to name a few.
