The Beachcomber is a well-maintained, six-story, 40-unit building located right on the beach, and has a lovely heated pool for the residents exclusive use. 

Our condo has been updated with a tropical theme and is completely furnished with bedding, linens, kitchen utensils, and cookware. The end unit with southern exposure ensures a bright sunny vacation experience.

We are located across the street and within easy walking distance of the Publix grocery market, tennis courts, restaurants, and several smaller shops. The St. Armands Circle shopping district is a five minute drive, downtown Sarasota and the Palm Avenue art galleries are ten minutes away.

Longboat Key Offers several attractions in addition to the private white sandy beach.  Take a walk through the mangroves at the Joan Durante State Park, or ride a bike along the manicured Gulf of Mexico Drive.  You may visit one of our local waterfront restaurants such as the Chart House, the Dry Dock, Patti Geoarge's, or the Mar Vista.  There are also some very good restaurants on Longboat that are not waterfront, such as the Blue Dolphin or Cafe on the Bay.

Minimum 7 night stay.  Discounts may be offered on last minute reservations during the months of September, October, and November.
