Book now to enjoy this amazing new home! Construction was completed in 2010! Rose's Retreat-3 Bedrooms, 2 Full bath. Located one block to First Street beach. Beautiful hickory Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, Ikea furnishings, open floor plan. We can seat 10 people in the kitchen/dining area-everyone can have a meal together! Amazing, unique concrete glass countertops (looks like beach glass within the countertop-one of a kind!). Awesome, one of a kind, light up row boat in living room that offers perfect night time ambience. Campfire with firewood on site. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ON MAIN LEVEL: MASTER: Queen bed SECOND BEDROOM: Queen bed UPSTAIRS LOFT: Two sets of bunk beds with PS2 and games on site. The kids will love it!! LIVING ROOM: Pull out queen sofa sleeper (ikea bed not the old uncomfortable metal pull-out). All bedding provided. Each room has a beach theme making this home a perfect getaway! NO smoking and no pets please.

Ready for your convenience: central air conditioning, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, microwave, flat screen TV with comcast cable, DVD player, large DVD movie collection for all ages, CDs, and Bose CD player, wireless internet, each bedroom with a TV, PS2 and games in the loft, telephone, board games, blow dryer, outdoor shower, hammock, patio set seats 6 with umbrella, swing set for the kids. Also a wagon to bring 4 supplied beach chairs, beach umbrella and supplied beach toys to the beach. Very large deck with gas grill and jumbo custom charcoal grill- a man's delight!! Firewood supplied too! Traveling with young children? We supply deluxe Graco portable crib, high chair, stroller, and safety gate for the stairs. We do NOT supply bathroom towels or beach towels for 2013 renters.

One block to the First Street Beach! Rose's Retreat one mile north of Dyckman Bridge. Close to town, yet peaceful and serene. The Kal-Haven trail now connects to South Haven, new for 2012!
Enjoy all four seasons-blueberry picking-Blueberry Festival(August) Harborfest(June) and for winter..Outdoor ice rink downtown. Enjoy dinner at Clementine's after browsing the unique shops of South haven. Enjoy golf, fishing and visiting local winerys. Or just relax with a good book in the backyard hammock. We have multiple brochures available at the home of local area attractions and restaurants.
vacation rental rates
For Summer 2013: June, July, August: Only WEEKLY rental at $2500 per week. Friday to Friday. Primary renter must be 25 years of age.A 50% deposit is due within 10 days of reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
A $250 security deposit is required and will be returned with in one week prior your departure. This will be garnished if damages and/or additional cleaning is needed beyond the ordinary.
A rental agreement will be emailed at time of reservation. Check in time 3:00pm Friday and check-out time 10:00am the following Friday.
