Luxury 4 Bed/4 Bath Villa-With free golf at 4 local courses! in Rotonda

This beautiful luxury villa offers you superb living accommodation, & the opportunity to sample real Florida life. Only 2 hours from Walt Disney World, but a million miles away in terms of peace and tranquillity.  On the Gulf coast it's more about relaxing... on the beach, on the water, or on the golf course.

And of course, by the pool! The outlook from the well-equipped and furnished pool deck offers tantalising glimpses onto the Pine Valley section of Long Marsh Golf Course - just one of the 4 courses of which our rental guests may have membership, for the length of their stay. The villa is furnished, equipped, & maintained to the highest standards, and comes with lots of additional items - floats for the pool, umbrellas & a cool box for the beach, 2 bicycles, & lots more to make your holiday perfect.

For a small administration fee, we are able to offer you membership, for the duration of your stay, to the local golf club...Rotonda Golf & Country Club, which is comprised of 5 different courses, 4 x 18 holes, and 1 x 27 holes.  This would entitle 2 adults and 2 children under 14 to an unlimited number of rounds of golf, with only the cart hire fee to pay.

2 further bedrooms... 1 double & 1 twin.  They share a further bathroom.

Bathroom 4... which can be accessed direct from the lanai/pool area.

Den/TV room... with a sofa bed which converts to a double bed to provide additional sleeping accommodation.  This is also the location of the 3rd TV, DVD, and a selection of books and games.

This beautiful luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom family holiday villa is situated in Rotonda West, on the Gulf coast on the Cape Haze Peninsular, on the South West coast of Florida, approximately mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers. Rotonda West is a residential area of upscale homes with 6 golf courses and numerous lakes and canals within its boundaries. It is a designated wildlife sanctuary which boasts an abundance of lush sub-tropical foliage: home to an array of Florida wildlife including bobcats, turtles, alligators, armadillos, raccoons and a huge variety of birds. Being close to the sea Rotonda West invariably has the benefit of gentle inshore breezes, providing welcome relief to the Florida summer humidity. With plentiful golf courses, stunning beaches, fantastic wildlife, and an array of attractions nearby, surrounded by numerous restaurants and excellent shopping opportunities, the villa is ideally situated to enjoy all this area has to offer.

Rates are inclusive of all Taxes and utilities, preparation of the villa for your arrival, and a full cleaning and laundry service on your departure, so you don't have to do a thing! The pool and garden will be maintained weekly, and our local, friendly management company will be always available, should you need them.

We can provide a welcome grocery pack, and cribs & highchairs for the younger members of your party.

The pool is equipped with solar-heating.  Electric heat is also available, if required,  for $100 per week

Membership of Rotonda Golf & Country Club, for 2 adults and 2 children under 14, is available for $80 per week.
