Adorable Sebago Lake cottage with a shared westerly facing sandy beach. The cottage features one bedroom, full kitchen, living/dining room and a deck. There is an additional bunk house for older children or overnight guests. The beach is only shared with 2 other homes and 2 kayaks, a paddle boat and row boat are available to use during your stay. This property is located in a very convenient spot on the lake with afternoon sun and wonderful sunsets.

Sebago Lake and the surrounding area offers many activities for your perfect Maine vacation. Casco is located in the Heart of the Lakes Region with numerous restaurants, golf courses, hiking and shopping areas.
There are boat tours of Long Lake and the Songo Locks just minutes away in Naples.
Windham just south of Casco is home of the Seacoast Fun Park that has games and activities for all ages including mini-golf, rock climbing wall, bumper boats and go-carts.
Casco is also only 40 minutes from downtown Portland that is famous for it's many high quality restaurants.
The flagship store of LLBean is located in Freeport which also about 40 minutes from Casco.
So whatever type of vacation you plan whether it is to just sit back and relax or enjoy some hiking, biking or golf you'll find any acitivity you can imagine within minutes of this spectacular property.
