Spacious Waterfront Retreat in Lake Anna

This new custom built home with 7 bedrooms is designed for large crowds.  The dock is one of the largest on the lake, with tiki bar, and room to tie off 2 boats, the dock is a retreat in itself.   Located on the main lake, in a private community, the deep cove makes it fantastic for boating, swimming, fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing.

The house is so inviting with high ceilings and 2 master suites.  The main master suite has its own private balcony and a ceramic tile shower with 6 shower sprays.  The second master suite has its own private bath. 

The three decks and large patio make it great for relaxing, with 2 grilling areas.  If you want to have lots of fun or just relax this is the place for you.  The basement is also a great recreation area with ping pong, WII game system, fooze ball, card table, board games and toys for the smaller ones.  Rain or shine there is always something to do.

#2-Queen bed, private bath, direct TV, upstairs

Downstairs:

# 1-family/kids room has: bunk bed with double and 2 twins + 1 queen 

#2- bedroom, queen bed with attached shared full bath.

Main Level:  Office - twin beds with large picture window

Upstairs:  2 bedrooms, both have queen beds; one room is very large and has a queen futon.

Kitchen:  The kitchen is great for large crowds.  The granite counter tops and seating area makes it a great place to hang out.    A fully equipped kitchen has attached laundry room with extra refrigerator and freezer.  Sitting area at counter, kitchen and dining table (18) + 6 on screened porch. 

Great room:  Direct TV, surround sound, Large windows with beautiful view

Dock: With Deck lock flooring the heat or splinters are never a problem.  It has a Tiki bar with refrigerator underneath the large covered area.  The big sunning area has reclining chairs.   Steps allowing easier access into the water and make it great for small children or older adults.  The dock has tie offs for 2 boats.   

 Direct TV, Wii game and xbox system, extra refrigerator and freezer, microwave, trash compactor, washer/dryer, coffee pots, crock pot, electric grill, toaster, heating tray, 2 gas grills, waffle iron, blender, high chair, ping pong table, card table, fooze ball, ramp in community is less than 1/2 mile from the house for drop off or pick up.

We love our lake house, and know you will enjoy it to.  We have spent a lot of time making it a fun place for all ages.  We only ask that you treat our lake house as you would treat yours, and have lots of fun.

There is so much to do at Lake Anna.  .    Water Skiing, boating, knee boarding, boat rentals  and  fishing  guide services are all available on Lake Anna.

Lake Anna State Park has hiking trails, panning for gold and many other activities.  Battlefields and Historic sites are also close by.

Kings Dominion Amusement Park is just 45 minutes away.

There are great local restaurants around the lake, with one being only 3 miles from the house

Our home is smoke free and no pets of any kind allowed.
