This is unit is in the Village of Oak Creek in a two story building on

Trailheads within 3 minute drive/ride:  Bell Rock, Jacks Canyon, Kep 
Fox, Little Horse, Cathedral Mountain, plus these popular trails for 
mountain biking:  Big Park Loops, Submarine Rock Loop, Courthouse Loop. 
 
Walk to Sedona Bike and Bean mountain bike rentals & coffee shop, walk 
to vortexes, metaphysical shops, grocery store, outlet mall, spa 
services, fitness club, yoga studios, craft stores, bakery, golf, art 
galleries. 
 
Grand Canyon about 2 hour drive, many other local day trips: 
Jerome, Prescott, Flagstaff, hot air ballooning, hang gliding,     
skiing. 
 
I have made an exclusive arrangement with the local jeep rental 
company for half off on a daily jeep rental. If you have never driven 
a jeep offroad before you can also take advantage of half off on 4 
hours of instruction by a licensed instructor before you venture off 
on your own.

Vacation Rental Rates

New Listing Special! . Views of Bell and Courthouse Rock  
$1800 a month $600 to $700 per week.  
 
(NON SMOKERS ONLY)  
 
Sept-Oct  $650 a week, 1900 a month 
Nov-Feb  $650 a week, 1900 a month 
 
Includes Free use of computer with all in one printer/fax and high 
speed internet.  ALL local and US long distance phone, Red 
Rock pass for the 
parks, furnishings, all utilities, linens, and local/state lodging 
taxes (12.5%).      
 
Rates are subject to change without notice until  
confirmed.  Rent is on a first-come, first-served basis.  
 
Payment by US dollars, cashiers check, or money order. Cleaning fee, 
pet fee and refundable security deposit not included.  
 
Cancellations accepted in writing, up to one month (30 calendar days) 
prior to arrival for a full refund. Notice must be given in writing.  
Within one month rent is nonrefundable.
