Between State Cemetery, French Legation, 10 blocks from State Capitol, 1 block to 6th Street and very close to all of downtown Austin's attractions. Perfect for South by Southwest and Austin City Limits events. Perfect location for UT games. 2 minute walk to neighborhood wine bar "Uncorked" for a quick nightcap without using a car. Spend a day at the famous Lake Austin Spa or visit one of the Spa's in downtown.
