11 1/2% sales tax will be added to all rental rates 
 
There is a $1000. security deposit required to hold dates chosen. 
The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out and inspection of  
home. 
You have 30 days prior to arrival to cancel for a full refund of  
deposit. 
Must be at least 25 years of age to rent property. 
 
Special discounts offered for extended stays
