Condo rates for OceanView is $150/day - minimum stay of one week.

Departure cleaning Fee $50

Please note: Reservation is not complete until deposit is made

Check in: 4:00 p.m.
                        Check Out: 11:00 a.m. 

To book your stay, you are required to put a $500 deposit, which will then go towards your total balance. or $250/week deposit for long term rentals(NB: this is Not a security deposit).

All remaining balances must be cleared at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival at the apartment.  

Method of payment possible is via PayPal (PayPal accepts all credit cards).

Cancellation Policy:Strict: 50% refund up until 2 weeks prior to arrival, except fees.
