Beach House Sleeps up to 24 Persons, Great for Family Reunio in Michigan City

This lovely, nine bedroom, six bath house was built in 1912 and still has that old time charm. It is across the street from the beach entrance and offers accommodations for up to 24 people with gas grills and plenty of outdoor seating for summer patio dining. Affordably priced and extra large, this is an ideal house for summer family reunions.

Other attractions in the area include International Friendship Gardens, The Blue Chip Casino, a host of fine restaurants, Prime Outlets Mall(formerly known as the Lighthouse Mall), a children's Museum, The Old Lighthouse Museum which is the former lighthouse of Michigan City and has been standing since the early 19th Century. There is also Washington Park, a 90-acre public park, Washington Park Zoo, and The Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore and State Park which is right outside of Michigan City. Don't miss the Lubeznik Center for the Arts), Barker Mansion, the Great Lakes Museum of Military History, the LaPorte County Historical Museum, the New Buffalo Railroad Museum, Southern Shore Art Association Gallery, and Rag Tops Auto Museum.

The Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore boasts over 8500 acres of lakeshore, forests, bogs, and enormous sand dunes. Activities there include hiking, swimming, picnicking, horseback riding, and fishing.

Sleeping arrangements include one King-size bed, eight Queen-size beds, two bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a T.V. in the livingroom as well as upstairs in the T.V. room. Please note that Sheridan Beach Vacation Rentals maintains a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

To reserve, 50% of the rent is due. The other 50% is due approximately half way in between reserving and checking in. The damage deposit ($500.00) is due 30 days prior to check-in.
The damage deposit is 100% refunded, assuming no damage.
